Lap terms
In force since August 2026 · simplyitidyhomeh.com
Using First Lap Trails means you accept what follows. It is short because the site is simple.
These are laps, not prescriptions
Everything here is editorial writing about starting to run in a park, drawn from our own loop. It is general information for a general reader — not coaching, not professional advice, and not a judgement about whether running is right for you personally. Only you, and the professionals you choose to consult, know your own situation; if you are unsure whether running suits you right now, check with someone qualified before you lace up. Outdoors carries its own risks too: surfaces, weather, traffic near park exits, other path users. You decide when, where and whether to run, and you take responsibility for that decision.
What's ours
The laps, the illustrations and the design belong to First Lap Trails. Share links whenever you like and quote a line or two with a link back. Republishing a lap in full, or a reworked version of it, needs our written permission first.
What we ask of you
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload it, and don't harvest its contents with automated tools.
Where our responsibility stops
We keep the laps accurate and current to the best of our ability, and we fix errors when we find them. We can't promise every line suits every park, body or morning, and, as far as the law permits, First Lap Trails is not liable for harm or loss arising from use of the site.
Other people's pages
Links to outside sites are offered as a courtesy; we don't control them and don't answer for them.
Changes, and where to write
These terms may be revised; the date under the title shows the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it. Questions: contato@simplyitidyhomeh.com.
